SUMMARY

OF OPERATIONS JANUARY, 1984 i

During the month of January, there was one (1) automatic shutdown which occurred on January 9, 1984.

The following safety-related maintenance was performed in the month of January:

1.

Performed miscellaneous maintenance on diesel generators.

2.

Replaced IB waste gas compressor.

3.

Repacked #4 river water pamp.

i 4.

Replaced vacuum pump on radiation monitor R-11.

5.

Replaced' cell #40 on 1A auxiliary building battery bank.

6.

Repaired control circuit on containment spray suction valve 8826B.
