Description of Occurrence:
Relays initiated generator trip during a surveillance test.

Fault cauced by high water level in cable chase.
Analycic of Occurrence:
E1 h water level due to seepage into cable chace area of water 5
draining to ficer drain from defective leaking ete r cyste:

Corrective Action:
Drain cabic chase. Replace current transforcers. Enke applicable electrical tectc. Co plete curroillence testa.
Assure that cabic chnee cannot ' fill with vnter in the future.
