Enclosure 1 contains the revised pages for Revision 5 to the Unit 1 Inservice Testing (IST) Program Plan (Copy 405 and 406). Enclosure 2 contains a line-by-line description of each change to the IST program in a f ormat identical to that provided for changes to the Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR). .
The referenced letter identified eleven relief requests requiring additional review to reassess the test frequency. That review has been completed and six of the eleven require changes. Revision 5 to the IST program makes these changes.
