Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 2 at full power.

Description of Occurrence: M} +

During routine instrument surveillance testing, PS-2-10-101D y was.found to trip at 2.03 psig. The Technical Specification limit is less than or equal'to 2 psig.

Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence: -

Setpoint shift.

Analysis of Occurrence:

Because the setpoint shif t was only slight and this switch operates in a anc-out-of-two twice logic, the safety implications of this occurrence are minimal.

Corrective Action:

The switch _was checked to determine the cause of the setpoint shift. No specific cause was identified. The switch was reset to a value within the . Technical Specification limits, using the appropriate surveillance test and returned to service. The companion devices were tested satisfactorily.

Failure Dato:

Oneprevious. occurrence on this type of instrument in this service was reported as Abnormal Occurrence 50-277-74-51.
