During a routine local [.lcak test of the*;RIIR "A" Icop injection valves, valve MO-2-10-154A was found to Icak The preliainary test perfo: nd. -
which identified the Icak, was with water; Inter testing with air confirmed the Icakage.. rate to be in excers of 6000 cc/nin.
