Conditiono Prior to Occurrence:
Unit 3 operntsng at approximately s0%< power.
Doncription of Occurrence:
A' routine innpection of Unit 3 nubbern outside the drywell identified snutber 3-IO-HL-S-12 as failed.
Designation of Apparent Cauce of Occurrence:
Failure of a st reet. cibow andt, loos.c? iaa. of reservoir retaining bolts f rom.vt:'uration caused the reservoir to fall cift.it s.

Analysis of Occurrence (Safety Implications)
No damage to piping or supports was noted during the ~~
inspection.- Safety implicationn~are, therefore, ninimal.
Corrective Action:
The onubber ir being repaired.

Snubber surveys are
