Setpoint shift on RiiR loop selection jet pump ricer 4 P switch dPIS-3-2-129C..
Conditions. Prior to Occurrence:

Doceripti'on of' occurrence:-
During routine instru=ent surveillance testing, dPIS-3-2-129C vais found to trip at.1 7 psid.
The Technical Specification. limit is 0 5 <,p < 1 5.
Doci6na, tion of Apparent' Cause of Occurrence:
This switch is nubject to a constant cyclic act. ion due to the normal pre,scure differene.es. betvcen the j et pump loops.
This action plus the lou differential. pressure range that this switch,cust respond to unkes it..pronc to setpoint,dirft, the apparent cauce of this occurrence.
Anc. lysis of Occurrence:
The Jet,pu=p riser A P is. used in the LPCI loop selection in a one out of Av.o twice logic.
Because.the setpoint was found to be only = lightly outoide the Technical Specification limits, the'cafety implications of thic occurrence are considered minimal.
