Nuelcar Power Station, Section 6.7.A.c, we are reporting the following Abnormal Occurrence as A0-72-14 and conffreing our telephone converaction with your office.

At approximately 1015 on the corning of Deccaber 4 while perforning routino surveillance on the Core Spray System, the Reactor Pressure Switch (RilR/ Core Spray Pernisoive) designated pS 2-3-523 actuated at a pressure

<335 pufn, This constitutco a violation of Technical Specifications, Tablo 3.2.1, which specifles a value of 350 -l-15 poig, and requires two operable inntrunent channela per trip system. The nyate:n vould have operated, if required, due to the one out of two logic employed. The reactor who operating at a power level of approximately 65% at the time of this occurrence.

The switch van irnediately recet, functionally tested, and verified to be operable within the tolerance npecified.

This renedial action van completed in a tino span which precluded the neceouity of further action.
