Identification of Occurrence:
PS-3-2-71E sud PS-3-2-71L inoperable (Relief Valve Bellows Pressure ewarsas.
Conditiens Prior to Occurrence:
Unit 3 cold shutdown condition.
Description of Occurrence:
During, surveillance testing of the relief valve bellows pressure l
- switches ' the E and L switches were found to be inoperable.
Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
Failure of an electrical connector.
Analysis of Occurrence:
Because the reactor was in the cold shutdown condition and the rensining pressure switches were verified to be operable, this occurrence has mini =al safety implications.
Corrective Action:
The electrical connectors were repaired, retested,and returned to service.
Failure Data:
None.
