Reactor shutdcun; naintenance outage in progress.

Descrintien of Occurrence:
A routine inspection of Unit 3 dr;/well hydraulic snubbers during an cutage identified snubbers 3-23 DM 5-23 as having an cr:pty i
reservoir.
Desirmation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:
The cause of the enpty snubber reservoir is under investigation.
Analysis of Occurrence:
No danage of piping or supports was noted during the inspection.
Safety inplications are, therefore, minimal.
Corrective Action:
The source of Icakage from the snubber could not be identified.
j The snubber reservoir was refilled. This snubber shall again be inspected the next time access to the drywell is available.
