Dcocriptica of Occurrence:
Durina an electrical switching operation in preparation for de-enernizing of an offcito pouar source. E-13 diccci breaker failed to close when requested by a cuitch fa the control roon. Ti.ic breaker supplien energy fron the diesel generctor to the Unit 3 ccorcency bus 6E-13.

Corrective Action:
The subject breaker was racked out and the elevator mechanism cell switch arm vr.s atrai htened c.ud the cell cwitch adjusted. The breaker was reinstalled and tested C
successfully. All other diesci breakers were successfully tested, Failure Data:
