Enclosed is Licensee Event Report (LER) 95-003-00 for Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Unit 1.

" Loss of Both Condensate and Both Feedwater Pumps Due To Failure of Non-safety Related Inverter Resulted in a Manual Reactor Trip."

TU Electric's initial corrective actions included repair of the identified inverter deficiencies and functional testing of the inverter. The final determination of the cause of this event along with the final corrective and preventive actions will be submitted in a supplement to this Licensee Event Report (LER).
