Reportable Occurrence Report R0-369/83-115 was to have been submitted by December 29, 1983. This 30 day Reportable Occurrence (pursuant to T.S. 6.9.1.11) concerns degradation of the annulus ventilation system (T.S. 3.6.1.8) which occurred on November 29, 1983. At this time all of the required infortnation is not yet available. The complete report will be submitted by January 13, 1984.
