Description of Occurrence:

During the performance of ST 1.3, the PCIS Logic System Functional Testo

, valve AO-2-2-hD failed to close.

Designation of Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Stuck solenoid valve.

- Analysis of Occurrence:

The cafety significance of this occurrence is minimal since the inboard isolation valve AO-2-2-35 was found to close satisfactorily.

Corrective Action:

The solenoid valve was disassembled, cleaned.and repaired. The valve was retested subsequent to repair. In the interin, the inboard isolati@

t valve AO-2-2-3d was caintained closed.
