On August 5, 1994 we submitted for review our third 10-year Inservice
. Inspection Examination Plan.
By letter dated January 20, 1995, you requested additional information. Our responses to that request were submitted by letter dated March 30, 1995.
Subsequently we had a conference call with NRC staff and INFL (NRC contracted reviewer) staff on May 30, 1995 in which additional information was requested.
We are withdrawing Request for Relief No. 3 and have modified Request for Relief No. 5.
Rev. 2 to Request for Relief No. 5 is included in the attached Revision 1 to the Unit 1 Inservice Inspection Examination Plan. The revision to this relief request responds to the concerns expressed during the conference call.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regtlatory Commission commitments.
