SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - WELDING DOCUMENTATION DEFICIENCY ON TVA CLASS A, B, C, AND D PIPING SYSTEMS Initial report of the subject deficiency was made verbally to C.

E. Murphy, AEC-DRO Region II Inspector, on October 31, 1974.

In compliance with paragraph 50.55 (e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this is submitted as an interim report.

Administrative measures to correct the subject deficiencies are being taken in accordance with sections XII and XIII of the TVA

A copy of that report was given to C. L. Murphy, AEC-DRO Region 11 Inspector, on November 6, 1974.

We expect that we should be able to provide the final report by March 7, 1975.
