The Callaway Plant On-Site Review Committee l and the Nuclear Safety Review Board have reviewed and  !

approved the amendment and exemption requests. l Attachments 1 through 5 provide the Technical  !

Specification changes, Safety Evaluation, Significant ,

Hazards Evaluation, and Environmental Consideration, respectively. We have concluded that this amendment ,

application does not involve an unreviewed safety question as defined in 10CFR50.59, nor a significant t hazard consideration as determined per 10CFR50.92.
