Dear Mr. Denton:
Enclosed for filing with the Commission are three originals and nineteen copies of Philadelphia Electric Company's Application for Amendment of Facility Operating Licenses DPR-44 and DPR-56. This application requests changes to the Peach Bottom Units 2 and 3 Technical Specifications relating to the scram discharge volume and reactor water cleanup system instrumentation.
The application also requests changes of an editorial nature to the Table of Contents. In accordance with Section 170.12 of the Commission's regula-tions, I am enclosing a check payable to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Comm-ission in the amount of $4,400 to cover the filing fee for this application.
