Enclosed for filing are three (3) signed originals and nine-teen (19) copies of a document entitled " Application for Amendment to Operating License", together with forty (40) copies of Attachments I and II thereto, comprising a state-ment of the proposed changes to the Technical Specifications and the associated Safety Evaluations.
The proposed changes relate to the installation of contain-ment isolation valves in the RBCLCW System as was discussed in References 1 and 2.
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, a copy of this application, y
with attachments, is being provided to the designated New me York State official.
The Authority has classified this Application for Amendment to the Operating Licence as Class "O
III.
Enclosed is a check for $4000 as the filing fee per no 10 CFR 170.22, which the Authority pays under protest m$
pending a final determination of the legality of the fee gg schedule.
