Qbbpressure

. fhWf Kochery: That's correct.

Holmes: 0.K., and they replaced - one did not reset so they replaced all three of them, two out of three logic. j Kochery: That's correct. '

Holms:;: While they were running the diesel they also found the line for the logic for the lube oil pressure switches was leaking.

!(ochery: A minor leak.

Holmes: A minorleak.

l(ochery: I didn't get a chance to read through the work order, I just came straight here so

[ Inaudible - discussion about work order]

Mosbaugh: How'd, how 'd that work get initiated last night, because half the people in the 7:30 meeting didn1 know it was supposed to happen 7 Kochery: I agree, right.

Cash: I'm not able to run this down yet.

Kochery: l*ll tell you this is exactly what happen. Around 7:30 yesterday Jim Schwartwelder and, who is that guy - Bamey Beasley - said that "where is that plan for testing the 1 A diesel." I said that I have the plan, this is the plan, we are maning it and my understanding is that we are not supposed to do anything until we have fill & vent done above mid loop. [ Quoting Beasley] "No, we need to have that one right away, and ah, they said to go on.

NIosbaugh: 7:30.

Y Voice: P.M.

Mosbaugh: P.M., last night.

Holmes: I guess, personally, I'm kind of upset at this. Uh, I asked yesterday moming after the moming break out. I said "we need to talk about the diesel, we need to decide what we're going to do." And I said "we need to decide if I'm going to control the testing or if outage group is going to control the testing." George Bockhold said, " Ken Holmes will control the retest on the diesel."

McCarley: "And they will support you."

Holmes: They will support me. That diesel was tested last night and I knew nothing about it.

Kochery: That's exactly what happened. And I put a note on this, starting this engine, I would perfer to do it this moming.

Holmes: rm not saying we shouldn't have done it, but I should have known about it. Before we do any further testing on the diesels, please make sure, if you know it's going to happen, let me know about it. ,

Mosbaugh: rm afraid that there could develop some issues with this. The team is here and they i discuss their quarantine authorities and so forth. You know, we've gone in and kind of uncontrolled, at least under you, Ken, manner and done some testing and replaced some parts. And, thet starts getting into the very thing that -

McCaricy: - would cause they to want to quarantine -

Mosbaugh - would cause them to want to -

Kochery: [Inaudable]

[ Multiple voices]

Mosbaugh: A!! I'm saying is, they had that authority. They're going to see activity going on, and their going to wonder, you know -

Voice: - where the controls are -

Mosbaugh: - what the status is.

Holmes: We lead them to believe yesterday's 1:00 o' clock that we would run the diesel on O

V Saturday about 9:00 and that we would make sure that they knew about it and that they were there. They're going to be upset that we ran this diesel without telling them.
