Waterford 3 SES Docket No, 50-382 License No. NPF-38 Simulator Performance Testing Gentlemen:
By letter dated March 20,1991 (W3F1-91-0010), the Waterford 3 Simulator Certification Package was submitted to the NRC in accordance with 10CFR55.15(b) and NRC Generic Letter 90-08. Appendix E of the submittal listed four problem reports and five performance tests associated with the loss of coolant accident (LOCA) scenario which were scheduled to be completed by August 30,1991. By lettcc dated August 30,1991 (W3F1-01-0471) theso items were rescheduled for completion by November 1,1991. The purpose of this lotter is to inform the NRC that the problem reports and the performance tests discussed above have been satisfactorily completed as scheduled.
