APPLICATION POR AMENDNENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the Regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Niagara Mohawk Power Corporation, holder of Facility License No. NPF-69, hereby requests the following change be made to Appendix A to that license.
In surveillance requirement 4.5.1.e.2(b), change the value of reactor steam dome pressure to 950 psig.
The proposed changes have been reviewed in accordance with Section 6.5 of the Technical Specifications.
- The proposed Technical Specificatioit change is set forth in Attachment A of
.this application. The propose:' change vould not autherize any change in the types of effluents or in the authar* zed power level of the facility.
Supporting information and analysto involving no significant hazards consideration pursuant to 10CFR50.92 are included as Attachment B.
Wherefore, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Facility Operating License No. NPF-69 be amended in the form at tached hereto as Attachment A.
