REFORI BF'1:AO-ThCU TiiROUGH ThlhU The purpose of this report is to provide written notice of fish killed when inpinced on the Browns Ferry I!uclear Plant unit 1 intake screens. This report is required by section 4.1.2(f) of our environmental technical specifications.
These incidents vere reported to the Region II Reculatory Operations Office by telephone or telegran within a short time after each occurren 2.
Each of these incidents occurred while washing the circulatin;; vater pump traveling screens at the pumpinc station and was sinilar to the occurrences which were reported for 3F EAO-732W-Th7U. The tabulation belov gives the date of each occurrence and the catinates of the fish impinged.
