At the May 17,1995 hearing, Mr. John Aufdenkampe testified, based on discussions with others, concerning his understanding of a change in INPO guidance concerning the reporting of Safety System Performance Indicator ("SSPI") data. The Licensing Board requested that Mr. Aufdenkampe research the matter and report his findings in an affidavit.
