We have evaluated your response and find that it meets the - requireents of -10 CFR 2.201.

We :h' ave re-evaluated Violation D included in our No. ice and agree that this Tiolation was previously addressed in your response dated February 27, 1991, to our Notice of-Violation issued on January 29,1991, (NRC Inspection Report Nos. 50-413/90-32 nd 50-414/90-32).

Since the corrective actions for this-violation were in process and the date of full compliance was not scheduled to

.be completed until December 1,1991, this violation has been withdrawn and our records have been modified to reflect this position..
