On September 6, 1983, at 0508 hours0.00588 days <br />0.141 hours <br />8.399471e-4 weeks <br />1.93294e-4 months <br />, both the Central Alarm Station and Secondary Alarm Station lost their computer functions.
Compensatory measures were placed in effect.
The system was brought
~back in service at 0721 on September 6, 1983.
Mr.
Owen Merrill, Nuclear Regulatory Commission Outy Officer, was informed of the incident at 0931 on September 6, 1983.
