Written instructions shall be in offect and followed fo*:
a.
Testing and calibration of reactor operating instrumentation and control systemn, control rod drives, area radiation monitors and air particulato monitors, b.
Reactor startup, routino operation and reactor shutdown.
c.
Emergency and abnormal conditions, including ovacuation, reentry and recovery.
d.
Fuel loading or unloading.
o.
Control rod removal and replacement.
f.
Maintenanco operations which may affect reactor safety.
4.
Any additions, modifications, or maintenance to the coro and its associated support structure, the pool structure, and rod drive nochanisms, or the reactor safety system, shall be made and tested in accordance with the specifications to which the systema or components were originally designed and fabricated, or to specifications approved by the Reactor Operations Committoo as suitable and not involving an unroviewod safety question.
The reactor shall not be placed in operation until the affected system has been verified to be operable.
5.
The reactor facility emergency plan and physival security plan shall be reviewed by the Reactor Operations committoo at least biennially, with the interval not to exceed 30 months.
