The purpose of this report is to provide vritten notice of fish killed 9,%~[

vhen impinged on the Brovns Ferry Huelcar Plant unit 1 intche screens. -E --

This report is required by section h.l.2(f) of our environnental technical specifications.

These incidents were reported to the Region II Regulatory Operations Q%

Office by telephone or telegran within a short time after each occurrence. W.j$!?

Each of these incidents occurred while vashing the circulating water pump A.g.V traveling screens at the pumping station and was similar to the occurrences ## 1; .

which verc reported for BF EAO-732W-7318U. The tabulation below gives j. p 7, the date of each occurrence and the estinates of the fish impinged. pr.' /

September 30 was a Sunday, and this incident was reported in conjunction with the occurrence on October 1 as BF EAO-7321. g pj.y
