Dateriptica of the Incident During tecting cn Cetcher 25 ac required in LFl.0-7323U, PS-2-1A and PS-2-lb (turbiae coalcacer low-vccuum cvitches) were found to operate outcide the technical cpecificatica cetpoint of equal to or greater than 23 inches of mercury vacuum ac specifi,d in Table 31. A. The as-found cettings vere 22 75 and 22.80 inches of mercury vacuum, recpectively.

The cuitchec are arrangcd in a one out of two taken twice logic in the reactor protection systeia. The other tuo channels were tected and found to operate saticfactorily; an1, if required, the RPS logic vould have perfol.ned itc intended function. The reactor vac at approximately 15-percent pcuer.

Investigation and Corrective Action The nochanica of there cuitchen, Earkcdale model DIT-R18SS, vac incpected for binding, nicaligraent, or other irregularities; nonc were found.

The suitches were recet and operated ceveral timen to encure repeatability.
