the occurrence reoorted as A0-75-lh. This paragraph should read:
During the year previous to this occurrence (AO-75-14) all 2h00 V breakers on bus 1D vere cleaned and inspected under M0 SPS-7h-06.
No deficiencies were noted during this inspection.
k'hile this change is considered to be insignificant, we believe that it should be made to correct the record.
