-I am writing.to your commission to request your help. I have a patent'in pending for the control of acid rain and the depleted

I send this-concept to_ Jersey CentralP&L Company to see-if theyEvere-interested.This was about sixceonths ago. So I sent a letter-17' September 1991. The letter was sent to there Corporate Office in A11enhurst,N,J, They will not answer me.
I-_would like to know if your Commission-would investagate and seedif, testing is over.,and to make sure they aro testing.it cor-t rectly.And their results. There are: other interested manuf acture vanting to-know of this patent. Mistakes could be made at the expence of,the public.

4 And-when the right chemicals are found, control Diesel emissions and CFC's This patent could save Billions and Billions of dollars that could flow back into our economy and help vith the huge deficit we ove.
I want power companys to follow your Commissions regulations and guidelines as close as possible for safety.
Also with this patent we could force the Commerical Airline to join in-the fight against air pollution. The Airline are one of the biggest pollutors besides factories. And they are closer to the acid F.aden clouds.
This patent is also in Canada,and could be modular, set up in a few weeks where acid rain is the worse. and only has one moving part.This means low maintence and ever head. And could be mass pro-duced.
President Bush, Congress, Senators,the Pentagon, EPA and others know of my work.And encourage me to keep going foward.And that my patent are very unique and interesting.
I am working on another patent to control auto pollution. And this patent to also has only one moving part. But Funding ran out and I.am sending feelers out for this help. I heard that the John D.
Cathrine T Macauthur Fellowship Foundation helps Environmental Inventors. But this is the catch,The inventor cannot submite his own name.
So,as you can see,your-help is most needed. I send the copy of the patent in g' id faith, Jersey Central P&L may try to sell or lic-ense it to other power companys in the future.
