Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) ap?reciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed rule -- Changes to Nuclear Power Plant Security Requirements Associated With CP&L supports the NRC's Access Control (60 FR 24803, May (10,1995).d)(8), which contains an unne Containment deletion of Part 73.55 paragraph recommended requirement for separate access control to reactor containments, as well as a requirement for locks and alarms, which is contained elsewhere in Part 73.55.
