DIESEL GENERA'IOR & HPSI PUMP OUT OF SERVICE Attached is a reportable occurrence which relates to the Palisades Plant.
This occurrence has been classified as operation when an operation subject to a limiting condition is less' conservative than the least conservative aspect of the limiting condition for operation established in the Technical Specifications.
Please note that this report is being submitted one day late per my tele-phone conversation with lCen Baker.
