DOCKET 50-255, LICENSE DPR PALISADES PLANT - ER-76-13 DISCHARGE ABOVE 5 F LIMIT Attached is a reportable occurrence which relates to the Palisades Plant. This occurrence involves the discharge of cooling water above the 5 F limit. and has been classified as a prompt reportable event.
