-39, -40 AND h2 - DISCHARGE A30VE 5 F LIMIT Attached are four reportable occurrences which related to the Palisades Plant.
These occurrences involve the discharge of cooling water above the 5 F limit and occurred during plant and/or cooling tower start-up or' shutdown.
