APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant 'to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to those licenses be amended to revise Surveillance Requirement 4.6.1.5 which determines the containment average air temeprature.
The proposed technical specification changes are net forth in Attachments A
to this Application.
A Safety Analysis and no significant hazard evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for the Technical Specifications are included in Attachment C.
Based on the guidance provided by the Commission, the proposed changes have been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Apperidix A to these operating licenses be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
