Dear Dr. Morris :
,In accordance with Paragraph 6.6.1.c Technical Specifications, the following abnormal occurrence is reported:
On January 17,1972, "2A" emergency diesel tripped irmnediately af ter a remote manual start was initiated due to high crankcase pressure.
The alarm was reset, the diesel restarted and successfully operated for 30 minutes.
This occurrence was reported to AEC Division of Compliance by telephone and telegraph on January 17, 1972 Yours very truly, N
