Channel #5 (Steam Generator A) of the Vibration and loose Parts Monitoring Systern was declared inoperable due to a low signal on the channel.
channel will not be repaired until a future outape because a containment entry is recuired The Channel #9, which is the other Steam Generator A Channel, is operable and prosides coverage.
Since the channelins been inoperable for incre than 30 days, it is reportable to the NitC pursuant to Technical Specification 3.3.3.9.
