Catawba Nuclear Station Docket Nos. 50-413 and 50-414 Guard Training and Qualification Plan Revision 14 Dated April 17, 1991 Gentlemen:
As required by 10 CFR 50.54(p), attached are four copies of Revision 14 to the Catawba Nuclear Station, Guard Training and Qualification Plan dated April 17, 1991. Revision 14 includes a change to require security personnel screening records to be maintained in Human Resources Department (General Office) and the elimination of physical weight standards for Central Alarm Station (CAS) Operators.
Revision 14 does not decrease the effectiveness of the Guard Training and Qualification Plan.
