i APPUCATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING UCENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, I
the New York Power Authority, as holder of Facility Operating Uconse No. DPR 59, hereby applies for an Amendment to the Rnhnical Specificatioils contained in Appendix A of this license.
This application 0er amendment to thu James A. FitzPatrick Technical Specifications proposes ta incorporate a refereree to ttle NRC approved FitzPatrick Inservice inspection (ISI) program into the Technical Specifications.
The proposed changes to the Technical Specifications are Attachment I to this Application for Amendment to the Operating Ucense. Thu Safety Evaluation for the proposed changes is included as Attachment II.
