It is Consumers Power's contention that secondary water chemistry para =eters need not be reported unless the specified limit is exceeded for the ti=e limits stated in Sections 3 18.2, 3.18.3, 3.18.k, and 3 18.5 Until this matter is resolved by the Operating Reactor Branch, we vill report . chem-istry excursions that exceed Table 3.18.1 limits while at power.

Therefore two previously identified potential Event Reperts are submitted.
