Response to Nonconformance Identification Report Number 025 dated April 3, 1984.

Station 219 will become part of the centralized distribution station as stated in MCARR-DAT-1.

the responsibility of Distribution as well as maintenance of this station is now FDCC. Centralization of distribution and maintenance activities on-site was part of the corrective action plan submitted in response to MCARR-DAT-1. This station has not been released by MFQAD to support Q-work.

The following items address each of the concerns identified:

1. Findings 1, 2.

Drawings were distributed in error by document control. Document control personnel were reinstructed to ensure that change paper is attached to drawings when distribution is made. iA su, reviewed stamping procedures with FDCC personnel.

2. Findings 3, 4 '

Drawings were to have been removed from FDDL for distribution to station 219 per work print procedure discontinuance forms dated January 11, 1984.

Document Control personnel did not process the discontinuance forms to delete the distribution of prints and change paper to station 219. The FDDL was corrected to show the correct distribution of drawings and change paper to station 219.

3 Quality Action Request Number RA-00175 was written in response to Noncon-formance Identification Report Number 025 and closed on 05-08-84.

QAR RA-00175 FILE 16.17 SERIAL 27892 l,",'53Q,,,,,,,

cc 'Lhv 19-84 Ddring overviewof WorkPrint Statica 219, deficiency items 1 through 4 were found to be corrected.

Corrective Action implemented as a result of OAR RA-00175:

1) During check of Item 1, IDCN 21843 was found to be attached to SAP 2-652-1-11.
2) The drawings noted on Item 2 were ordered as uncontrolled drawings and were sent to Station 219 without the affixed AFDCC stamp. 'Ihe drawings were sent back to FDCC for stamp-ing and returned. Since the drawings were sent back uncon-trolled only a few of them could he found for verification of corrective action.

The drawings that were found did contain the required uncon-trolled stamp.

3) Verification of Item 3 showed that drawings FSK-DVI-M-658-3-4 15-16 were removed from distribution per FDDL in FDCC.
4) Item 4, EU4 M-0274 was sent in error to Work Print Station 219 and was disposed of.
5) First and second shift Document Control personnel were individually instructed on the procedure for stamping and dating SAP's.

Recomend closure of CAR RA-00175.
