Dear Mr. Davis:
Re: R0:II:50-250, 251 Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 In response to your letter of December 4, 1972 concerning valve operators, we submit the attached two-page status report listing all of the subject model. valve operators in-stalled in Turkey Point Plant Units 3 and 4.
The valve operator condition noted in DRO Bulletin 72-3 was observed during pre-operational testing at Turkey Point Plant late in 1970. Torque switches were replaced in Unit 3 in 1971 and in Unit 4 in early 1972. A total of sixty-four (64) valve operators were involved, six (6) of which were later changed w
to another model.
