Re: Turkey Point Plant Units Nos. 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 RO:II:50-251; 50-251 Your letter of February 21, 1973 with the attached Directorate of Regulatory Operations Bulletin 73-1 has been received and reviewed.
The Westin'ghouse DB-50 breakers for the subject units have been modified and the action taken was reviewed by your inspectors as stated at the end of the second paragraph in your letter of July 11, 1972.
