Letter dated April 15, 1983, P.B. Fiedler to D.G. Eisenhut Our submittal fulfilling the original response requirements of supplement 1 to NUREG 0737 (Emergency Response Capabilities) was forwarded to you ay the referenced letter. Tnat suomittal included a commitment to submit a program plan for the DCRDR which described how the review would be done and to suomit a summary report after the review was completed. Tne program plan was submitted on July 1,1983 and attached to this letter is the Summary Report on the Oyster Creek Control Room Design Review.
