REVISION TO APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U.
S.
Nuclear Rggulatory Commission (the " Commission"), Duquesne Light Company ("DLC"), holder of Operating License No. DPR-66, hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A to that license be amended to incorporate a revision to our N-1 submittal to cover operation between P-7 and P-8, for two loop operation.
The proposed technical specification change is set forth in Attachment A to this Application.
A safety evaluation is set forth in Attachment B.
The proposed change has been determined to involve no significant hazards consideration in accordance with 10 CFR 50.92.
He have determined that this change is described by the following example provided by the Commission and published in the Federal Register 48 FR 14864:
(ii) a change that constitutes an additional limitation, restriction, or control not presently included in.
the technical specifications.
WHEREFORE, Applicant respectfully requests that Appendix A to Operating License No. DPR-66 be amended in the form attached hereto as Attachment A.
