Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of our Application for Amendment to our Operating License DPR-66 to incorporate a revision to our N-1 submittal to cover operation between P-7 and P-8 for two loop operation.
Our original request for technical speci-fication change for N-1 loop operation was submitted by letter dated October 27, 1978; therefore, please remove page 3/4 4-2 from that submittal and replace it with the revised page attached here.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the change in Technical Speci-fications and its safety evaluation.
Since this is a revision to a previous submittal for which a Class IV fee was remitted in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22, we have determined that no additional fee. is required.
