Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation (FPC)is hereby providing the complete results of the Once Through Steam Generators (OTSGs) inspection performed during our Refuel Outage 9 (Spring 1994) as well as a final version of the report, " Evaluation of Crystal River 3 Pulled Steam Generator Tubes," we provided to you in Reference B.
The special report is provided in accordance with Technical Specification 5.7.2.c.
The report contains the following information:
1.
Number and extent of tubes inspected, 2.
Location and percent of wall-thickness penetration for each indication of an imperfection, and 3.
Identification of tubes plugged and tubes sleeved.
The information contained in the attached 12-month report supersedes information previously provided in Reference A pertaining to the items listed above.
