Dear Mr. Keppler:
In discussions with regulatory operations personnel on I,pril
, 197*, the following agreepent vias made :
Any isolation valves or testable penetrations failing to meet the acceptance criteria of Technical Specification 4.7.A.2.i will be reported as an abnormal occurrence ac-cording to Technical Specification 1.0.A.5.
Immediate notification of these abnormal occurrences'uill be accord-ing to Technical Specification 6.6.B.l.a.
The immediate written notification will be identified as also fulfilling the 10 day reporting requirement.
A follow-up report for these occurrences will be submitted 10 days after the completiop of repairs necessary to resolve all deficient items.
Inis composite report vill contain the det' ails of all abnormal occurrences reported under the provisions of this agreement.
In effect, we will submit one abnormal occurrence report upon the conclusion of our leak rate testing which will contain the resolution of all defici-encies found.
The information provided in this composite report will be as outlined i.n Technical Specification 6.6.B.l.a.
