G03-83-0544, letter, G. C. Sorensen to H. R. Denton, " Con-struction Delay on WNP-3", dated July 12, 1983 Reference a) requires a. written report submitted within 120 days detailing schedules for implementation of the action items delineated in the refer-enced bulletin. Due to the construction delay at WNP-3, it is not possible to commit to a schedule for implementation of the' action items in Reference a) at this time. As indicated in Reference b),~ construction activities at WNP-3:will resume-when an assured source of financing is obtained.
Therefore, we plan to provide the requested schedules upon construction restart ~.
It should be understood that with construction of WNP-3 currently in sus-pension, we will not be making any changes prior to restart that will make the implementation 'of the requirements of Reference a) more difficult.
